Accessibility Statement –
Physio From Home

Last Updated: February 2026

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Physio From Home is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

We also comply with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where applicable, and the Equality Act 2010.

3. Accessibility Features

Our website and AI assessment tool include the following accessibility features:

  • Clear, readable fonts (Arial) with sufficient contrast ratios
  • Responsive design that works on various devices and screen sizes
  • Keyboard navigation support for forms and buttons
  • Alt text for images
  • Clear heading structure for screen reader navigation
  • Form labels and error messages that are clearly associated with input fields
  • Focus indicators for interactive elements
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our service may have limitations:

  • The interactive body chart for marking pain locations relies on mouse/touch interaction and is not fully keyboard accessible. Screen reader users and those unable to use a mouse can describe their pain location in the AI chat assessment instead — the body chart is reviewed by the physiotherapist as a supplementary visual aid only and is not used in the AI assessment itself
  • Some third-party content or tools (such as Stripe payment forms) may not be fully accessible
  • The AI chat interface works best with a standard keyboard; voice input depends on your device’s built-in speech recognition capability

5. Alternative Access

If you have difficulty using our website or AI assessment tool due to a disability, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an alternative communication method that is accessible to you.

6. Assistive Technologies

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation

7. Browser Compatibility

Our website works best with the latest versions of:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience and security.

8. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
