By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Website or using our Services, you (the “Client,” referring to the organisation or individual acting on behalf of an organisation) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including employees of Client organisations accessing the Services.
2. Description of Services
Physio From Home provides online physiotherapy consultations and ergonomic assessments to organisations for their employees. Services include virtual sessions, self-management guidance, and workplace wellness programs delivered through our Website or secure third-party platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services with prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
– Be an authorised representative of an organisation entering into an agreement with Physio From Home or an employee of a Client organisation.
– Be at least 16 years old.
– Provide accurate and complete information during registration or booking.
– Comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR and other UK regulations.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your organisation and employees using the Services.
– Ensure employees using the Services are aware of and comply with these Terms.
– Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
– Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account or Services.
5. Booking and Payment
– Booking: Services are booked through the Website or via an agreed annual contract with your organisation. Availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.
– Annual Contract: Upon signing up for Physio From Home, your organisation enters into an annual contract for the Services, as outlined in the agreement provided at signup.
– Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for the annual contract are non-refundable, regardless of usage or termination of the Services, except where required by UK law (e.g., statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if applicable). This reflects the commitment to a full year of service provision.
– Payment Terms: Fees are outlined in your annual contract. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the applicable UK rate.
– Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
– Cancellations: Individual session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Health and Medical Disclaimer
– Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Our Services provide physiotherapy and ergonomic advice but are not a substitute for in-person medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical emergencies or serious conditions.
– Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring employees provide accurate health-related information directly to us via pre-appointment forms. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
– Use at Your Own Risk: Participation in our Services is at your own risk. Follow the guidance of our professionals and consult a doctor if you experience adverse effects.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, videos, guides, and logos, is owned by Physio From Home or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as part of the Services.
